Definitions and Applicability
The following words and phrases used in this Agreement have the meanings set out below:
"Platform" or "winbid"
The online casino and sports betting service operated under the winbid.cam domain, including all its subdomains, applications and related digital services.
"User" or "Member"
Any person who has registered on the winbid platform or is using its services. By browsing the platform you also agree to these terms and conditions.
"Services"
All services provided by winbid — slots games, live casino, sports betting, cricket betting, card games and all other entertainment services.
These terms and conditions apply to all members using the platform from Bangladesh. The Bengali version of the terms is considered the final and authoritative version.
Account Registration and Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to create an active account on the winbid platform:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. Proof of age in the form of an identity document may be requested at any time.
Single Account
Each person may create only one account. If a person is found to have more than one account, winbid reserves the right to close all associated accounts.
Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate. Opening an account with false information is prohibited and will result in the account being closed immediately.
Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Sharing your login details with a third party is a violation of these terms.
The mobile number and personal details used when creating your account will be used for payment verification later. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
winbid takes the protection of minors from gaming very seriously. The platform reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any member.
One of the following documents may be required for identity verification:
- National Identity Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
- Valid passport — clear photo of the data page
- Driving licence — clear photos of both sides
- Birth registration certificate (alongside another document)
winbid reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until identity verification is complete. Once the required documents are submitted, the verification process will be completed promptly.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Policy

- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
- Keep the reference number for every transaction

Withdrawal Policy
- Accepted channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only
- The deposit channel and the withdrawal channel must be the same
Identity verification is mandatory at the time of withdrawal. If the verification process has not been completed, the request may remain on hold. winbid reserves the right to cancel withdrawals in cases of fraud, money laundering or suspicious transactions.
Using a third-party mobile banking account for transactions is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the associated account will be suspended immediately.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
winbid offers various bonuses for new and regular members. All bonuses are provided under the following conditions:
Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳22,000
To withdraw this bonus, wagering of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
- Winnings earned from bonuses are withdrawable — but only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If bonus system abuse is detected, winbid reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
- winbid reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
VIP Cashback Program
winbid's four VIP tiers include a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
It is possible to move up to a higher tier through continued active play.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on the winbid platform:
General Gaming Rules
- Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and verifiable.
- If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the amount wagered will be refunded.
- If the connection is lost during a game, the game will resume from the user's last saved state.
- The decision of winbid authority is final in any dispute regarding game results.
Sports Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If any match or event is abandoned, the applicable rules will be followed regarding the related bets.
- A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
- If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the account may be suspended for verification.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbid platform and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
Fraudulent Activities
- Creating an account using a false identity or information
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
- Operating multiple accounts
- Gaming using third-party funds
Technical Manipulation
- Using automated software or bots
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for an advantage
- Any attempt to influence game results
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions
Financial Crimes
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds
- Chargebacks or payment fraud
- Use of unauthorised payment methods
- Suspicious financial transactions
Behavioural Violations
- Facilitating gaming by minors
- Harassing other members or staff
- Conducting harmful campaigns against the platform
- Collusion or playing through an arrangement with others
Account Suspension and Closure
winbid reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Providing false or misleading information
- Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to cooperate
- Suspicious financial activity
- Threats to the security or integrity of the platform
- Orders from a court or law enforcement authority
Voluntary account closure
Any member who wishes to close their account may contact us via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. Any approved balance may be withdrawn at the time of the account closure request — however, bonus balances and unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Software Errors

Limitation of Liability
winbid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond direct losses. Maximum liability is limited to the current amount in the member's balance.
